Your Rights Under GDPR

International Health Research Institute (IHRI) GDPR Rights Policy

3.4. Right to Restriction of Processing (Article 18)

3.5. Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

3.6. Right to Object (Article 21)

3.7. Automated Decision-Making & Profiling (Article 22)

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, except under specific circumstances where safeguards are in place, such as your explicit consent or contractual necessity.

3.8. Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, where consent is the legal basis for the processing.

4. Data Protection for Applicants

IHRI collects and processes applicant data for the purpose of managing the application process. This may include electronic processing of submitted information.
